You can remove all the lines from the section that don't have values. Remove :ExtracIcon, you have an appicon.ico so it isn't needed. Remove the following: :Trademarks, :InstallType, :EULAVersion, the section and the section, these are not needed if they are set to the default values. I would suggest changing the Name to UltraStar Deluxe Portable and the AppId to UltraStarDeluxePortable to be consistent with the app's real name. You need to have appicon_16.png and appicon_32.png (and optionally appicon_128.png) alongside your appicon.ico. and remove the licensing line about freeware since this is open source.
